When will I Receive my Order? >

Phase 1 - Checking and proofing: Approximately 1-2 Working Days

We will put it through our free Check and Fix service to ensure that your order will print well. This process often involves our designers optimising your design by sharpening objects (redrawing them at times) and test prints to verify print quality. We are the only printer in the UK that offers this as part of the service.
We will then email you a proof to check. Once approved, we will start printing from the next working day.
Note: If you want to skip this phase then we may be able to put your order straight to print (at your risk). Just email us after placing the order.

Phase 2 - Printing time: 2 to 4 Working Days

Phase 3 - Delivery time: 0 to 3 Working Days

UK Postage time:
If you have opted for free delivery, then we will post your order using Normal Post or Similar. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days. You also have the choice to change your Postage method to use a Next Working Day courier or Collect from us at the checkout.
Collect from branch:
You can organise your own collection from the branch. You can choose this at the checkout.

Express Service (for an extra cost): If you require your order urgently then look at our Express Service.

Important:

If you do not understand anything on this page then do not worry! Just place your order and we will check over it (and make any amendments) for you. We will then send you a free proof so that you are aware of what the final prints will look like.

Technical Specifications (don't worry if you don't understand them)

Bleed:: 3mm outside each trim edge

Safe area (sometimes called a Quiet Area):: 3mm inside each trim edge

Colour Scheme:: CMYK (Full Colour)

Ideal Resolution:: 300 dpi

As stipulated, we would prefer your file to be in the CMYK colour scheme. Any files not in CMYK will be converted to CMYK.

Please note that changing a different colour profile (for example, RGB) to CMYK will change the printed colour.
