Our branches are closed for Christmas and will be reopening on 9am Monday 6th January 2025.

Staff will be in on the 2nd and 3rd January to complete outstanding work and may be able to process Express orders (please call or email to check).

From 24th December and 29th December (inclusive), we will be running an out of hours service for anyone that needs urgent printing during this period (the out of hours fee starts from £105+VAT on top of print prices).

    If we do not dispatch your order as per what we guarantee, resulting in you receiving your order late then we will give you the printing for free (although we have not been late with any order).

    To ensure everything runs smoothly, we will assign a Dedicated Express Manager to your order, who is responsible for knowing what is happening with your order at all times.

  • Do you need thicker material? If so, try our Flyers (300gsm) or Postcards (350gsm or heavier)
  • NO VAT charged on Leaflets, Flyers and Booklets as standard (up to A4 size)
  • 95% of leaflet/flyer/booklet orders are zero rated for VAT.

    This depends on the design and is dictated by HMRC

    Rest assured, we check all leaflet/flyer/booklet orders to ensure they meet the zero rating rules.

Order by 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for the job to be printed the same day.
We will then dispatch it the same day using the method chosen at the checkout (or if you prefer, we can have it ready for collection the same day)

If calling out of hours and you cannot get through then just email us.
If you order before 1pm on any weekday (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) then on the Same day your order will be printed and ready for collection or dispatch.
If you still need your order printed the same day, then just give us a call on 0207 117 2844 or email us and we may still be able to do this for you.

If this isn't important, then printing will take place the next working day.

It is also better to email us in case the person handling the out of hours calls is unavailable immediately.

Note, an Out of Hours fee will be charged to cover this service (starting from £105+VAT on top of the total cost of the order). The fee varies depending on the production time and the time of day we need to produce the order. If we can produce the order between 9am to 6pm during the weekend or bank holiday then the fee will be at the lower end of the scale, compared to producing an order outside these hours.
Choose the Same Day Courier option at the checkout. If this is not shown then it is likely that your postcode is not a traditional London postcode. Therefore, give us a call us on 0207 117 2844 with your post code. We can then work out the price and get back to you.
If you want to collect, then make sure you choose Collection at the checkout. Yes, this is possible. Please do not send a Bolt or Uber as they refuse to leave their car and sign for the order.
Place your order as normal and choose collection at the checkout. Please note that all signs, banners, posters larger than A3 and vinyl stickers are printed at out Excel branch. Everything else is printed at our Farringdon branch.

If you want to collect from a branch where the product is NOT printed then there is a charge of £25+VAT to transfer it between branches.
Note, the branches are only 20-30mins from each other so you may want to collect from the branch where it is printed.
We also offer out of hours collection, to make it even easier to collect your order even when we are closed.
Yes, this is possible. Please get in touch with us BEFORE 4pm Monday to Friday to arrange this.
We use a shop around the corner from our Farringdon branch for out of hours collections. Additional charges apply for this service.
Orders from our Excel branch can be collected up until 8pm Monday to Friday (service is free and provided by the business center).
If you have opted to collect from us, you have 2 weeks to collect your order.
You can choose to have your order dispatched using one of the following methods.

  • Next Working Day Courier to Mainland UK, excluding Scottish Highlands (delivers Monday to Friday)

  • Same Day Priority or Direct Courier (if you require it by a specific time the same day).
  • Next Working Day Courier to Scottish Highlands or UK Islands (delivers Monday to Friday)
  • Timed Next Working Day or Saturday Courier (pre 9.30)
  • Out of hours dispatch and delivery. For example, you need something delivered by 5am on a Sunday in time for a flight.
  • Overseas same day or next day delivery.
If you need delivery outside Mainland UK or the method you need is not visible at the checkout then just give us a call.

Delivery prices starts from just £10.
Absolutely! Just make sure the guest's name is written in the delivery details (at the checkout). This is critical as hotels always check the guest is either already checked in or will be checking in the future.
